the significant inflation rates of the past. Solar energy costs will
continue to come down with volume, for at least the next ten years,
making it the preferred worldwide nonpolluting energy source. The
rapidly emerging solar hydrogen economy will actually accelerate solar
implementation into the mainstream of new power production.
