Features of Solar Chill® evaporative coolers:

  • Available in either 12 or 24 VDC
  • Stainless-steel housing for long life
  • 6" thick CELdek® cooling pads
  • Nominal air flows range from 800 to 5000 CFM
  • Cooler prices range from $546 to $1106
  • Solar panels to power the coolers range in price from $259 (60W) to $489 (120W) for nominal 12V modules and $639 (165W) to $819 (185W) for nominal 24V modules.
  • 8 Amp, 120 VAC adapter available for $99

WARNING: These products are not recommended for buildings connected to the power grid. Instead, we recommend a grid-tie system, which allows the use of solar electricity year round, while also benefitting from utility company rebates.
